Rotators
Wave rotator plates are precision optical components designed to rotate the polarization of light by 90 degrees, effectively converting p-polarization to s-polarization and vice versa.
They serve as cost-effective alternatives to half-wave plates, delivering reliable performance across a range of wavelengths. Each rotator is optimized for a specific wavelength (for example, 402 nm, 445 nm, 465 nm, 525 nm, or 638 nm) to ensure the highest optical efficiency. When paired with a Polarizing Beamsplitter (PBS) cube, these rotators allow users to combine two laser beams to increase output power while maintaining stable beam quality and polarization characteristics.
All rotator plates feature a high-quality anti-reflective (AR) coating that minimizes power loss and enhances transmission.
Compact, durable, and easy to integrate, they are ideal for laser diode combining systems, optical laboratories, and precision photonics setups requiring consistent polarization control.
