User Account Terms and Conditions

at the Opt Lasers store



  1. User account – service provided electronically free of charge by the Service Provider allowing the User to create an individual account in the Store.

Service Provider - Tomorrow's System Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bialystok at Pulaskiego 125/35, 15-337 Bialystok, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Bialystok, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000535029, NIP 5423238556, REGON number 200866868, share capital PLN 8,300.00.
  4. User – any entity that uses the User Account service.



  1. User may create a User account in the Store.
  2. The creation of a user Account is voluntary and allows the User to use additional functions in the Store, available to registered Users, including checking the status of an order, viewing order history, as well as editing User data in this Account.
  3. Setting up a User account is done by filling out an appropriate registration form in the Store.
  4. In order to use your Account, you need a device with a cookie-capable web browser, Internet access and an active email account..
  5. At the moment of registration (creating a User account) there is a contract between the User and Service Provider, for an indefinite period of time, on maintaining a user account under the rules specified in these regulations.
  6. The User may cancel his/her User Account at any time, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs. In order to do so, the User should send his resignation to the Service Provider at the following email address: info[at], his resignation which will result in the immediate removal of the User Account and the termination of the agreement in this regard.

  2. The Service Provider will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving the complaint notification.



  1. The administrator of Users' personal data provided to the Service Provider in connection with the use of the User Account is the Service Provider.
  2. Users' personal data are processed mainly on the basis of the contract and for the purpose of its implementation, in accordance with the principles set out in the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection (GDFR). Detailed information on data processing by the Service Provider is contained in the privacy policy posted in the Store.



  1. Service Provider reserves the right to change these regulations only for important reasons. The important reason shall be understood as the necessity to change the regulations due to modernization of User Account service or change of law affecting the provision of services by the Service Provider.
  2. Information on planned changes to the regulations will be sent to the User's email address assigned to his User Account at least 7 days before the changes come into force.
  3. If the User does not object to the planned changes until they have entered into force, he/she will be deemed to have accepted them, which shall not constitute an obstacle to future termination.
  4. In case of disagreement with the planned changes the User should send information about it to the following e-mail address: info[at], which will result in termination of the service agreement as soon as the planned changes come into effect.
  5. It is forbidden for the User to provide unlawful content.
