Product description
Overview
The High-Power 30W Blue Laser Module is designed for applications such as plant, crop and weed laser processing, high-speed laser engraving and marking, food labeling and marking, and many others.
This laser module is built with 6 high-power blue GaN semiconductor laser diodes. All of the laser diodes are spatially combined to form one, unidirectional laser beam which can be focused into a single spot. All of the optical components are precisely and accurately aligned at our laboratory with specialized equipment and tools.

Beam spot of the High-Power 30W Blue OEM Laser Module is single mode in fast axis (vertical axis) and multimode in slow axis (horizontal axis).
Measurement Conditions:
- Laser beam focused with 150mm focusing lens;
- Beam Profiler placed in the focal plane;
- Focal plane defined as the smallest beam size in the fast axis;
- Laser operated in QCW, 100Hz 1ms pulse
The High-Power 30W OEM Laser Module is built with multiple laser diodes, each of which emits slightly different spectrum. As a result, the emission spectrum of the laser module is relatively broad. For applications where narrower spectrum is required, laser diodes can be wavelength tested prior to production. This meticulous testing ensures that when the laser diodes are combined within the module, their individual spectra align to create a matched spectrum.
