Featuring plug-and-play functionality, this laser head can be easily swapped in, just like ZMorph's tool heads, using the included ZMorph PLH3D Adapter Cable. It requires no software driver and is applicable only for the ZMorph VX. The laser head is fully compatible with ZMorph's Voxelizer software, enabling seamless generation of laser g-code. It includes all the features of the ZMorph Laser Pro tool head, boasting a compact and lightweight design. Designed for endurance, it can operate for hours nonstop without the need for additional cooling, with the driver attached directly to the laser head.

Cutting and Engraving - PLH3D-6W-XF+ blue laser allows to cut and engrave various materials such as wood, cardboard, rubber, paper, textiles, leather, plastic, balsa, plywood, and many others, as well as mark stainless steel, titanium and low heat conductance subtypes of steel.

Improved Safety - The cutting and engraving laser head is equipped with an “Armed” indication LED, signaling its connection to the power supply and providing alerts for overheating. Additionally, ambient temperature warnings ensure safe operation.

Factory Set Lens - each laser head is shipped with a High-Resolution Triplet lens adjusted to focus at 60.0 mm. This distance is the best-optimized focus distance to start with.

Easy Lens Adjustment: The working (focus) distance can be quickly set or changed with the included lens adjuster, compatible with all M9x0.5 lenses. For certain applications, adjusting the beam for symmetrical engraving is recommended.

Built-in Driver: A short connection between the laser diode and a driver ensures better protection for a diode, possibility of high-frequency current modulation as well as eliminates inductance effects during the switch-on.

No Additional Cooling Required: This lightweight laser requires no additional cooling. The XF+ laser's body acts as a heatsink, allowing it to work constantly for 24 hours, every day.
