3D Laser Modules for 3D Printers

Laser cutting and engraving perfectly complements the list of 3D printer capabilities. The 3D printer laser must be light and small in size to work well even with a large 3D printer. For larger devices, we recommend the PLH3D-6W-XF – a 6 W laser head.

Technical FAQ

Will it fit my 3D printer?
Yes. Our heads are compact and light. Use our plug-and-play kits or printer-specific mounts. Adapters support common frames (Prusa, Bambu, Creality, Voron, etc.).

How do I connect control signals?
Standard PWM/TTL input (0–5 V typically). Works with popular control boards and firmware (Marlin/Klipper). Wiring diagrams are included with the kit.

Which software is supported?
LightBurn is fully supported (device profiles available). You can also export G-code from common slicers/CAM. See our Main Product Lines for compatible accessories.

How do I focus the laser?
Use the included spacer or adjust Z for best spot size at the work surface. For repeat jobs, LaserDock makes removal/refit repeatable.

What materials can I process?
Ideal for woods, leathers, papers, many technical foams, and dark plastics. Avoid PVC and materials that emit hazardous fumes. Always verify material safety.

What about safety and fumes?
Wear appropriate eyewear, use an enclosure where possible, and ensure adequate fume extraction/filtration.
