L'ultimo nato della nostra famiglia di teste laser per taglio e incisione industriali è probabilmente il laser da incisione più versatile sul mercato dei CNC. Con una potenza ottica di 15 W reali e un design innovativo, questa testa laser compatta è in grado di lavorare un'ampia gamma di materiali a base di legno, pelle, tessuti e plastica, riassunti nella sezione Applicazioni del laser CNC blu qui sotto. È anche la prima testa laser CNC compatta che non solo marca il metallo, ma lo incide in profondità. Grazie all'utilizzo della luce laser blu, è in grado di lavorare in modo efficiente materiali con cui i laser a infrarossi hanno difficoltà. Inoltre, può essere adattata a quasi tutte le macchine CNC. Questo laser leggero, ad alta potenza, economico e facile da usare è la scelta ideale per le applicazioni industriali ad alto volume e per gli utenti individuali più esigenti.
Le teste laser PLH3D-15W non richiedono alcun raffreddamento aggiuntivo, il che le rende perfette per l'uso in macchine realizzate in materiali compositi, legno o plastica. Grazie a un'ottica appositamente adattata, la dimensione del punto del fascio, che fornisce una densità di potenza molto elevata, consente di tagliare e incidere molti tipi di materiali. Le teste laser PLH3D-15W sono un ottimo sostituto dei laser CO2 CNC e possono lavorare con laminati speciali per l'incisione, lamine laser e molti materiali standard come legno, gomma, cartone, tessuti, pelle, metallo verniciato/anodizzato. I laser da 6W sono ottimi anche per la marcatura di acciaio inossidabile e titanio.

Informazioni aggiuntive importanti:
- Ricordare che non si tratta di un giocattolo.
- Le radiazioni laser sono pericolose anche se diffuse o riflesse da qualsiasi superficie.
- Utilizzare sempre un filtro laser di protezione adeguato sulla macchina CNC dedicata a 430 - 480 nm per evitare le radiazioni riflesse.
- Non puntare mai la testa del laser verso persone o animali.
- Non toccare il raggio, perché potrebbe causare ustioni o altre lesioni.
- Non fissare il fascio o il punto del fascio mentre il materiale viene tagliato.
- Radiazioni laser - Evitare l'esposizione degli occhi o della pelle alle radiazioni dirette o diffuse.
- Prodotto laser di classe 4.
La testa laser per taglio e incisione blu PLH3D-15W è dotata di due controlli separati.
L'ingresso di modulazione #1 accetta 0 - 5 V o 0-10 V per la modulazione analogica della potenza.
L'ingresso di modulazione n. 2 accetta 0 - 3,3 V, 0 - 5 V, 0 - 10 V o 0 - 24 V per TTL/PWM e accende il laser quando la tensione supera 1,8 V.
Importante: Non collegare contemporaneamente l'ingresso di modulazione 1 e l'ingresso di modulazione 2. Ciò potrebbe causare un malfunzionamento del laser di incisione.
Importante: il laser per incisioni PLH3D-15W deve essere alimentato con un alimentatore di alta qualità senza alcun altro collegamento. Attenzione: si sconsiglia di collegare l'incisore laser allo stesso alimentatore di un motore passo-passo o di qualsiasi altra apparecchiatura ad alta impedenza. Ciò potrebbe danneggiare il diodo laser.
Importante: quando si incide su superfici lucide/metalli o metalli verniciati, è buona norma inclinare la testa del laser di 5-7 gradi. In questo modo si evita che il raggio laser si rifletta verso i diodi laser all'interno della testa laser.

Just got my second unit!
Great kit for Avid CNC
The kit works really well with my 5x10 Avid CNC for the most part I’m really please with it. Setup was easy and straight forward with a video on YouTube. There are 2 things I would like to suggest 1: given a little more length on the cable. There wasn’t any play in the length. 2: a gasket for the lens. I did a really long burn taking a few hours and my water catch for my air line got full without me noticing and the water got pushed into the laser and all over the beam merger which required me to disassemble the whole laser to clean the water and oil so the laser would focus again. This is my fault and not the lasers but I think a gasket would help stop a major failure of the laser in the future. But even after that the laser is working great.

The perfect tool for any serious CNC usr
I have been using the 15W laser for over 6 months and getting great rest straight from out of the box. It fits easily on my Avid CNC and is great for cutting 1/8th plywood for the more intricate jobs. It took a while to sort the air compressor out as it was more trial and error. I fully recommend this product

6W and 15W
I ended up buying both of the 6W and the 15W lasers. I was very impressed on how easy they are to install and program on an Avid cnc. I'm hoping they come out with a stronger laser soon.

Excellent Laser!
I upgraded my JTech 7W to the 15W laser and it is a beast. Works great - and a perfect alternative to large CO2 lasers (for thin material processing). Given I am able to combine CNC and Laser in 1, this is a great product.

Great laser!
Just received this laser, installed on my Shapeoko 3. Very easy install, in a few minutes. High quality materials. Tried engraving wood, glass and metals with great results.

Such a Beaty
I have had this laser for 4 weeks now and i love it! But what i love the most is the service and the communication that you get from the guys from Opt Laser! Awesome lads all of them! Helpful and they are always quick at answering on question! Looking forward to be one of the guys who could try future new products;!

This is a great laser head.
I have been using this laser for a couple months and it has really performed well on many different materials. This will cut wood and other organic materials easily, and engrave both organic and many metals beautifully.
