采用PWM模式(脉宽调制),最大支持8A工作电流。内置10kΩ NTC B3950温度传感器,默认温度设定点为20°C。
可调节的PID控制器参数允许针对不同系统进行优化配置。经过专业校准后,可在具有不同惯性的系统中实现最高达±0.05°C的精准温控。
建议与要求
- TEC-8A-24V-PID-HC通过串口(COM)与PC通信。可使用RealTerm(Windows)、Minicom(Linux)、或PuTTY等应用进行数据读写和参数设置。
- 推荐使用截面积不小于0.5 mm²的电源线。
- 佩尔帖模块的工作电流取决于供电电压。常见模块通常在12V–15V下工作,最大工作电流以模块标识为准。例如“12708”表示工作电压为0-12V,最大电流为8A。
保护功能
本温度控制器不具备反向极性保护。电源接反将导致控制器永久性损坏。
当温度超过70°C或低于-70°C时,驱动器将不会对佩尔帖模块供电,同时开集电极输出端会接地。
