PLH3D-XT8 激光头 – 常见问题解答
PLH3D-XT8 与大多数 CNC 机型兼容，包括 X-Carve、Shapeoko、Stepcraft 等主流品牌。可使用随附的通用安装座或 LaserDock 进行安装。通过 PLH3D-CNC Adapter Pro 可确保与您的 CNC 控制器兼容，支持 PWM、TTL 与模拟输入（0–3V、0–5V 或 0–24V）。
XT8 可切割或雕刻木材、胶合板、MDF、皮革、橡胶、纺织品、泡沫、亚克力等多种材料。还可雕刻涂层金属以及部分裸金属（需调整入射角）。其约 45 W 的光学功率可实现薄材单次切割，厚材多次切割。
初次安装约需 30 分钟。借助磁吸式 LaserDock PRO，日常装/卸只需数秒。所有连接器均为即插即用（Plug&Play），已随套件提供。

典型工作寿命为 20,000–30,000 小时。若单颗二极管失效，通常可通过更换二极管进行维修。定期清洁光学件并确保良好气流有助于延长寿命。
可以，但需将工件（或激光头）约 7° 倾斜，避免反射返回二极管。金属材料建议引入小角度倾斜，并确保光束远离操作者方向。务必佩戴 OD7+ 眼镜。

雕刻：使用 Height Reference Tool 将标称工作距离设为 21 mm，可快速且可复现地对焦。
切割（薄材 1–6 mm）：将最小光斑聚焦在材料厚度的中部附近（从 21 mm 起始，再下调材料厚度的一半）。
切割（厚材 >6 mm）：分层切割，每一次通过后略微降低机头；避免喷嘴碰触工件。某些材料（如桦木胶合板、MDF、PU 泡沫、松木）在喷嘴贴近表面（不接触）时可实现厚材单次切割。
“I” 模式（50%）：约 0–20 W，用于精细灰度雕刻与细腻调色。
“II” 模式（100%）：全功率，用于高速黑白雕刻及高效切割，包括较厚材料。
XT8 接受 PWM/TTL/Analog 控制：0–3 V、0–5 V 与 0–24 V（Mod Input #2，PWM）。推荐 PWM 基频 1–5 kHz（更高频率可获得更平滑的灰度）。逻辑“高”≥3 V；“低”≤0.8 V。请勿同时将信号接入模拟与PWM输入（两者共地）。
推荐空压机实际气量：10–12 l/min，配 ≥50 L 储气罐以获得更佳使用体验。许多用户使用更小机型（如 5 L）也可达成效果，但结果会有差异。请配备过滤器与油水分离器；湿热环境下建议加装干燥器以避免水滴。
气量参考：切割约 5–15 l/min；雕刻约 1–5 l/min。避免超过约 15–20 l/min，否则可能降低切割速度。强烈建议配备流量计。
先固定后部理线夹，再将电缆牢固插入 XT8。直连使用时，将另一端接至 Adapter PRO。使用 LaserDock PRO 时，先用四颗 M4 螺钉安装 Laser-Side Part 并与主轴位置对齐，然后接上短电缆与气管。
散热器：定期用压缩空气吹扫散热器（尤其在产烟量大的加工后）。避免风扇超速。更深度清洁可每约 100 小时拆下前盖。
Air Assist / 喷嘴：切割与雕刻时务必使用气辅喷嘴，并保持稳定、干燥、无油的气流。可将烟雾与颗粒隔离在外，帮助保持保护窗口与主透镜清洁，降低清洁频次。
光学件：每次使用前检查保护窗口，并每约 100 小时清洁一次。若损坏请更换（有备件）。主透镜同样建议每约 100 小时清洁一次。
