PLH3D-2W雕刻激光头

PLH3D-2W是一款中等功率、2W级专业雕刻激光头。该70克轻量型激光头无需外部冷却。散热结构不仅高效冷却激光头,同时通过形成气流喷嘴保护透镜免受污染。PLH3D-2W适配标准12V、最小1.5A电源。

激光驱动器配备LED指示灯,可显示激光运行所需的所有关键信息。集成温控系统,在达到最大工作温度时会自动关闭激光头。微型驱动器直接集成于激光头上,相较于分体式驱动器设计,可提升二极管调制速度,也便于连接更长的数据线缆。

模拟调制允许用户精确控制激光功率。0V时激光输出功率为0W(但处于待激活状态),5V对应激光最大输出功率,2V约等于最大功率的40%。如输入电压为0-5V范围,可作为TTL输入使用。

若需通过PWM调制功率,基频建议设置在5至10kHz之间。针对多个原型进行的热测试使我们优化了散热器结构形状,维持紧凑体积的同时实现高效散热。激光头总体功能与PLH3D系列标准产品一致,而更小的光斑尺寸带来了照射光敏材料表面的可能性。这使得诸如PCB快速打样等应用变得可行。

  • 请牢记本产品不是玩具。
  • 即使激光辐射被散射或经任何表面反射处理,亦极具危险性。
  • 务必于CNC设备上为430 - 480 nm波段使用专用安全激光滤光片,以避免反射辐射。
  • 严禁将激光头对准人员或动物。
  • 请勿触碰激光束,以免造成灼伤或其他伤害。
  • 材料切割过程中请勿直视激光束或光斑。
  • 激光辐射——避免眼睛和皮肤暴露于直接或散射辐射下。

Great Laser for Prusa!

Overall great experience! I installed this laser on my Prusa MK3S+ using the printable adapter and connected the laser harness to the print fan. Very clear instructions and straightforward to install. I've been commanding my printer through USB to Pronterface so I have full control for safety purposes and starting/stopping laser jobs. The laser power is plentiful, so definitely use this in an enclosure with proper eye protection/laser shielding panels (and fume extraction). I mainly used it to engrave and cut through balsa, MDF, and with enough passes, 3mm plywood. The G-CODE generator software it comes with is decent, you do have to tinker with the settings to get the power/feed/speed settings right depending on what you are cutting. I've found myself creating SVGs and generating custom GCODE using Inkscape plug-ins and writing in lines as well. Both methods can yield good results with enough tinkering. Excellent value for the price and a handy tool for an already very capable printer!
